We will not knowingly use identifiable athlete data to train third-party AI models unless we disclose that use and obtain appropriate consent where required. Athlete profiles are private by default unless the athlete changes visibility settings or joins features that require additional visibility. Available profile settings may include: • Private profile • Coach-discoverable profile • Team or organization profile • Showcase profile • Public profile where available Athletes may control which information is visible to coaches, teams, organizations, rankings, or the public. Sensitive information, including injury notes, private messages, billing information, parent or guardian information, and private testing history, should not be publicly visible by default.

Coaches may access athlete data only when authorized through the platform. Coach access may occur when: • An athlete selects or accepts a coach • A coach invites an athlete and the athlete accepts • A parent or guardian approves access where required • A team, gym, school, or organization assigns the athlete • Next Level Sports grants limited access for support, safety, or compliance reasons Coaches are not permitted to sell, publish, misuse, export, screenshot, or share private athlete data without proper authorization.

Next Level Sports may offer performance testing, team rankings, verified results, and global rankings. Testing history is private by default unless the user chooses to share it. Global rankings and public leaderboards should require user opt-in. For minor athletes, public visibility of testing results and rankings may be restricted or require parent or guardian approval. Users may request removal from rankings where available.

Next Level Sports is designed for athletes, which may include minors. We take the privacy of minors seriously. 10.1 Users Under 13 Next Level Sports does not intend to allow independent accounts for users under 13 unless a legally compliant parent-managed account and consent process is implemented. If Next Level Sports later uses advertising technologies that may qualify as "sale" or "sharing" under certain privacy laws, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide required opt-out mechanisms.
