A. False Performance Data, Testing Fraud, and Ranking Manipulation
Athletes may not:
✓ Submit fake, altered, exaggerated, or misleading testing results.
✓ Upload testing videos that do not show the actual athlete performing the test.
✓ Use another athlete's video, score, image, profile, or performance result.
✓ Edit videos to manipulate timing, reps, distance, height, speed, or test outcome.
✓ Misrepresent age, gender, sport, position, school, team, competition level, or location to improve rankings.
✓ Use fake accounts to boost visibility, rankings, votes, reviews, or engagement.
✓ Submit results performed under conditions that violate the test rules.
✓ Intentionally mislabel tests, drills, distances, weights, or measurements.
✓ Pressure coaches, teammates, parents, or others to verify false results.
✓ Attempt to exploit technical errors in rankings, testing verification, or leaderboard systems.
Recommended clause:
Any athlete who submits false, misleading, manipulated, or unverifiable performance data may have the result removed, ranking access restricted, account suspended, or profile permanently removed from Next Level Sports.
