Coach Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Coaches must: ✓ Provide accurate information about their identity, credentials, experience, certifications, background, and services. ✓ Communicate with athletes, parents, and users in a respectful, professional, and age-appropriate manner. ✓ Deliver services as described in their coach profile, service listing, or agreed program request. ✓ Use safe and reasonable coaching practices based on the athlete's age, sport, training level, goals, injury history, and available equipment. ✓ Respect athlete privacy, personal data, performance data, videos, testing results, and communication history. ✓ Maintain proper boundaries with all athletes, especially minors. ✓ Respond to athlete requests, program orders, and service bookings in a timely and professional manner. ✓ Clearly explain what is included and not included in any paid service. ✓ Follow all applicable laws, safeguarding rules, platform policies, and payment requirements.

Coaches may not use Next Level Sports to engage in any of the following activities.

Coaches may not: ✓ Ask athletes to pay outside of Next Level Sports after the athlete found, contacted, or booked the coach through the platform. ✓ Direct athletes to Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, bank transfer, personal websites, booking links, or other external payment systems. ✓ Offer discounts or incentives to complete transactions outside the platform. ✓ Use platform messaging to avoid NLS service fees, commissions, subscriptions, or payment processing rules. ✓ Share personal phone numbers, emails, or social media handles for the purpose of moving business away from the platform. Recommended clause: If a coach connects with an athlete through Next Level Sports, all related bookings, payments, communication, and service delivery must remain on the platform unless expressly approved by Next Level Sports in writing.

Coaches may not: ✓ Misrepresent certifications, degrees, licenses, coaching experience, employment history, team affiliations, or athlete results. ✓ Claim to be affiliated with a school, club, university, professional team, federation, agency, or organization without authorization. ✓ Use fake reviews, fake testimonials, fake athlete results, or misleading before-and-after claims. ✓ Guarantee scholarships, professional contracts, college offers, rankings, sponsorships, combine invitations, or recruitment outcomes. ✓ Falsely claim that a program, method, or service is endorsed by Next Level Sports. ✓ Create duplicate accounts to avoid restrictions, negative reviews, suspension, or platform fees.

Coaches may not: ✓ Prescribe unsafe, excessive, abusive, or unreasonable training loads. ✓ Ignore athlete age, injury status, medical limitations, training history, or equipment availability. ✓ Encourage athletes to train through serious pain, dizziness, concussion symptoms, chest pain, fainting, or injury warning signs. ✓ Provide medical diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, physical therapy, nutrition therapy, or mental health advice unless legally qualified and authorized to do so. ✓ Recommend performance-enhancing drugs, banned substances, illegal supplements, unsafe weight-cutting methods, dehydration methods, or extreme dieting. ✓ Encourage athletes to violate school, league, anti-doping, or organizational rules. ✓ Create programs that intentionally endanger an athlete's health, safety, or eligibility.

Coaches may not: ✓ Harass, threaten, bully, intimidate, shame, insult, or demean athletes. ✓ Use sexual, romantic, suggestive, or inappropriate language with athletes. ✓ Request explicit images, private images, body images, or unrelated personal content from athletes. ✓ Pressure athletes into personal relationships, private meetings, or inappropriate communication outside the platform. ✓ Contact minors outside approved platform communication channels. ✓ Send inappropriate jokes, comments, memes, images, videos, or messages. ✓ Use discriminatory, hateful, racist, sexist, homophobic, abusive, or degrading language. ✓ Retaliate against athletes for negative reviews, refund requests, complaints, or service disputes.

For athletes under 18, coaches must follow enhanced safety standards. Coaches may not: ✓ Communicate privately with minors outside platform-approved channels. ✓ Request personal contact information from minors without parent or guardian involvement. ✓ Arrange private in-person meetings with minors without parent, guardian, team, school, or facility approval. ✓ Send direct messages that are not related to training, programming, performance, scheduling, or approved coaching support. ✓ Ask minors to keep communication secret from a parent, guardian, coach, school, or Next Level Sports. ✓ Use pressure, favoritism, threats, or emotional manipulation toward youth athletes. ✓ Store, download, or share videos or images of minors outside the platform without proper authorization. Suggested safety wording: Coaches working with minors must maintain professional boundaries at all times. Any communication with minors must be training-related, appropriate, transparent, and compliant with platform rules and applicable safeguarding laws.

Coaches may not: ✓ Share athlete data, performance results, videos, photos, injury information, contact details, or personal information without permission. ✓ Download, copy, sell, transfer, or misuse athlete data. ✓ Post athlete results, screenshots, videos, or testimonials publicly without athlete or parent/guardian consent. ✓ Use athlete information to market unrelated services outside NLS. ✓ Access athlete accounts, profiles, programs, or data without authorization. ✓ Attempt to scrape, export, or collect platform data outside approved tools. ✓ Use NLS athlete data to build a competing platform, database, or service.

Coaches may not: ✓ Accept payment for services they do not intend to deliver. ✓ Repeatedly cancel, delay, or fail to complete paid services. ✓ Misrepresent what is included in a service. ✓ Increase pricing after an athlete has already paid. ✓ Pressure athletes into unnecessary purchases or upgrades. ✓ Refuse reasonable platform review of refund disputes. ✓ Manipulate service completion status to trigger early payout. ✓ Abuse chargeback, refund, or dispute processes.

Coaches may not: ✓ Upload copyrighted programs, videos, images, documents, or training materials they do not own or have permission to use. ✓ Copy another coach's program, service description, branding, logo, course, or content. ✓ Sell NLS-generated programs outside the platform without authorization. ✓ Claim ownership over NLS tools, templates, AI-generated systems, rankings, testing systems, or platform workflows. ✓ Use athlete-submitted videos or data for marketing, education, social media, or content creation without consent. ✓ Upload offensive, harmful, misleading, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or discriminatory content.

Unless specifically approved by Next Level Sports and legally authorized, coaches may not: ✓ Act as an athlete agent, recruiter, NIL representative, financial advisor, or legal advisor. ✓ Promise college placement, recruitment exposure, scholarships, NIL deals, contracts, tryouts, or professional opportunities. ✓ Charge athletes for guaranteed recruitment outcomes. ✓ Misrepresent relationships with colleges, scouts, agencies, clubs, professional teams, or sports organizations. ✓ Contact schools, clubs, or organizations on behalf of athletes without proper permission. Recommended wording: Coaches may provide general performance guidance and sport development support, but may not guarantee recruiting, scouting, NIL, scholarship, or professional outcomes.

Coaches may not: ✓ Interfere with the security, operation, payment systems, rankings, testing verification, or user experience of Next Level Sports. ✓ Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or manipulate the platform. ✓ Create fake athlete accounts, fake coach accounts, fake reviews, fake rankings, or fake test results. ✓ Use bots, automated tools, or unauthorized software to interact with the platform. ✓ Abuse messaging, notifications, service requests, or profile visibility features. ✓ Use the platform to promote unrelated businesses, spam, MLMs, betting, gambling, adult content, drugs, weapons, or illegal services.

Every paid coach service must clearly state: ✓ Service name ✓ Price ✓ Delivery method ✓ Delivery timeline ✓ What is included ✓ What is not included ✓ Whether communication is included ✓ Whether revisions are included ✓ Whether the service is remote, in-person, or hybrid ✓ Any athlete requirements before purchase Example: Coach-Built Program Add-On Includes one custom training block and one revision within 7 days. Does not include weekly check-ins, unlimited messaging, form review, nutrition support, live coaching, or ongoing coaching unless purchased separately.

Next Level Sports may review coach activity, communication, service delivery, athlete complaints, payment disputes, uploaded content, and profile information to protect users and enforce platform standards. If a coach violates these rules, NLS may take action including: ✓ Warning the coach ✓ Removing content ✓ Restricting messaging ✓ Pausing service listings ✓ Refunding affected athletes ✓ Holding or delaying payouts ✓ Reducing profile visibility ✓ Suspending the coach account ✓ Permanently banning the coach ✓ Reporting serious misconduct to appropriate authorities where required ✓ Taking legal action if necessary
